Key Principles

Fundamentals

We instill the building blocks of success in every student-athlete. From mastering core skills and techniques on the court, to learning critical thinking in the classroom, to growing as effective communicators in life. This sets the stage for lifelong achievement.

Fortitude

We instill mental and emotional strength to face the many challenges that young people will come against such as injury, adversity, disappointment, or pain. Having the ability to remain resilient and focused is one of the pathways to success in the journey of life.

Fun

We foster an environment where students come alive and look forward to each new day at school - not just to grow as an athlete or artist but to prepare themselves to win in life.

Family

Relationships are at the core of RISA Academy. In order to walk out a person's full potential - it requires the building of FAMILY. At RISA Academy - we prioritize deep, genuine friendships among our athletes and artists. We believe that world class training is not complete without life-long relationships forming among students and their families.
For us, this is not just education—it’s a way of life.

RISA TEAM

We have a team of top coaches (many who have played/coached at the top level of their game)  along with the best teachers in the nation ready to pour into the next generation so they will be prepared physically, mentally, and emotionally for college and beyond.
